NTEX Sweden expands to 62,000 square meters of warehouse space

During 2023, 16,000 new square meters in Helsingborg - ready in April, and 27,000 square meters in Gothenburg - ready in September, will be put into use. As early as February 1, NTEX also opened 8,500 square meters of warehouse operations in Jordbro.
NTEX’s warehouse capacity is being expanded with 27,000 m2 in Gothenburg and 16,000 m2 in Helsingborg. On February 1, NTEX opened a new warehouse in Jordbro – with a capacity of 8,500 square meters. Next summer, NTEX will have just over 62,000 square meters of warehouse space in Sweden.
“We’ve seen a massive improvement in efficiency in our new warehouse facilities, for example in Vestby, Norway. By expanding our warehouse operations in Sweden as well we will meet an increased customer demand. Together with our import and export function, NTEX will be responsible for the overall solution for our customers and the advantage is that our staff has a close relationship with the goods”, says Roger Hallstensen, Business Unit Manager Logistics, NTEX.
Through the expansion of our warehouse operations, NTEX will increase our distribution customers with warehouse needs such as:
- Warehousing and storage
- Retail inventory management
- Kitting and assembly
- Reverse logistics (returns)
- Expiring product fulfilment
- Pick and pack fulfilment.
- Transloading and cross docking
