&#8222;I’m very happy that we&#8217;ve been able to face a challenging time by taking action,&#8221; says Marcus Wållerstedt, Logistics Manager in Gothenburg at NTEX Inrikes.
At NTEX, there hasn&#8217;t been any reason to slow down. It all began in February when the company moved into its new warehouse in Jordbro, Stockholm. Following that, similar steps were taken in both Helsingborg and Gothenburg.
&#8222;These investments have allowed us to take on more and slightly different types of assignments than before, putting us in a strong position for the future,&#8221; says Marcus Wållerstedt.
The new facilities and the increasing number of assignments have also led NTEX Inrikes to expand its workforce, a significant strength signal according to the Logistics Manager in Gothenburg. The overall assessment is that NTEX Inrikes now has significantly greater capacity in everything from 3PL to picking and packing, Crossdock, and traditional warehousing compared to a few years ago.
Manage, Enhance, and Deliver 
Looking ahead, the focus for NTEX will be to establish routines to fully capitalize on the high-quality conditions that have been put in place. Marcus Wållerstedt emphasizes that it&#8217;s now about filling the warehouses and ensuring a good return on the investments made.
&#8222;We will continue to deliver a reliable product while staying close to our customers.&#8221;
He emphasizes the latter a bit more, discussing the personal touch as a key success factor for the entire NTEX organization.
&#8222;It&#8217;s our DNA all the way through. As we&#8217;ve grown, we&#8217;ve worked hard to ensure that this mindset is preserved. It&#8217;s crucial to us.&#8221;
Great opportunities for advancement 
Another characteristic of NTEX is the ample opportunities for employees with drive and dedication. Marcus Wållerstedt is an excellent example. He took his first steps in the industry back in 2009, starting as a delivery driver. Since then, he has worked in warehouses, driven trucks, been a traffic controller, and worked as a traffic manager. When he joined NTEX in 2019, he took on a role as a salesperson. A few years later, Marcus was offered the position of site manager for NTEX Inrikes – a role he held until a few months ago when he became the Logistics Manager in Gothenburg.
&#8222;You don&#8217;t necessarily need a flashy education to get a chance. In my case, it&#8217;s been about drive and dedicated work. I&#8217;m grateful for the opportunity to take new steps and continue to grow within the company,&#8221; concludes Marcus Wållerstedt.

&#8222;We aim to be at the forefront of our vehicle fleet – both environmentally and in terms of safety,&#8221; says Jonas Carlsson, General Equipment Manager at NTEX.
NTEX already operates electric trucks transporting goods within the Gothenburg area. With the addition of Electric Trucks in Helsingborg and Stockholm, we continue our journey towards sustainability. Boasting an expected reduction of 19.6 tons of CO2 emissions per truck per year, we are not just delivering goods; we are contributing to redefining local city climates with soundless drives.
Quiet Roads, Cleaner Air
Our new e-trucks, each with space for 18 pallets, aim to create a more serene and pleasant environment for both drivers and the communities they serve. It&#8217;s a mutually beneficial situation for everyone on the road, promoting a sense of community harmony and cooperation.
&#8222;This initiative is part of our ambitious sustainability efforts, where we strive to reduce environmental impact while staying ahead in technological development within the transport sector,&#8221; says Jonas.

&#8222;Our ambition is to grow and gain more market share in Germany,&#8221; says Anna Hansson.
One of the key motivations behind NTEX&#8217;s acquisition of Eurolink last year was the goal of becoming even stronger in the German market. Eurolink has had a significant focus on Germany since its establishment almost 18 years ago. Anna Hansson has been part of the entire journey and possesses deep knowledge of how transportation between Scandinavia and Germany should be conducted to achieve the best possible results.
Both NTEX and Eurolink early on identified that a well-functioning collaboration would be crucial to growing in the German market. Over the past year, Anna Hansson has played a key role in maintaining this collaboration, representing Eurolink. In her new role at NTEX, Anna will continue to push for strong cooperation but from a different perspective:
&#8222;We need each other to succeed, and considering my background, I have good opportunities to contribute with ideas on how we should move forward,&#8221; notes Anna Hansson.
Anna has been in the industry for more than 20 years. When asked to highlight important lessons from her career, she emphasizes the importance of shared commitment.
&#8222;I come from a smaller company where personal interactions and the drive and commitment of all employees were crucial elements. Despite NTEX being much larger, I feel that the culture is similar here. I see that as crucial for our success,&#8221; concludes Anna Hansson, the new Traffic Manager for Germany at NTEX.

In the dynamic landscape of transportation and logistics, NTEX is propelling the care and maintenance of its trailers into a sustainable future. The water recycling system at the new washing and workshop facility in Gothenburg gathers rainwater from the roof, recycling up to 85% of the washing water. It also operates with 50% less water, electricity, and chemicals compared to other systems in the market.
&#8222;Rest assured that with every wash, NTEX is not just demonstrating environmental responsibility; we are also ensuring the safety and quality of our equipment. Our trailers traverse both sea and land, facing the challenges of dirt and saltwater that can impact the equipment,&#8221; says Jonas Carlsson, General Equipment Manager at NTEX.
He adds, &#8222;In addition to safeguarding the longevity of our trailers, we conduct a maintenance and safety check every time they pass through the washing and vehicle workshop. We take pride in the fact that our washing facility stands as one of the most sustainable in Europe”.

Maciej Klukowski, obecnie CEO NTEX w Polsce, właśnie zakończył poprzednią pracę i był niepewny co do swojej przyszłości. Spośród otrzymanych propozycji żadna naprawdę go nie przekonywała. 10 lat później – to były czynniki sukcesu.
Podczas gdy grupa NTEX świętuje 20 lat, biuro w Polsce może dumnie poszczycić się 10 udanymi latami. Paweł Braciszewski przypisuje trwającym pozytywnym wynikom dokonywanie właściwych wyborów w rekrutacjach.
&#8222;Mamy tutaj dobrych ludzi. Mentalność w naszym biurze polega na tym, że zawsze chcemy się poprawić, a relacje między nami są bardzo dobre. Mamy dobrze funkcjonującą współpracę&#8221;, mówi Paweł, co potwierdza Maciej Klukowski.
&#8222;Jeśli chodzi o struktury i zasady, jesteśmy raczej średniej wielkości firmą niż dużym koncernem, chociaż grupa NTEX stała się duża. Oznacza to, że zależymy od elastyczności i dobrych relacji, których zdecydowanie tu mamy.&#8221;
Dominik Fedorek podkreśla, że ​​żadne z tego, co zostało zbudowane, nie byłoby możliwe bez ciężkiej pracy, co zgadza się Magdalena Guzińska i Dagmara Zyntek. Co do przyszłości, NTEX w Polsce oczekuje z niecierpliwością przeniesienia się do nowego biura, planowanego na początek 2025 roku.
